Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rind visits One Window Counter, Special Meeting with Silen

Faisalabad(94 news) At the behest of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rind visited the One Window Counter and reviewed the procedure for providing services to the applicants there. Director IT/Finance Yasser Ijaz Chatha was also accompanied by him. The Additional Director General also met with the applicants at the One Window Counter and inquired about the performance of the staff and said that the departmental proceedings were being monitored to provide relief according to the timeline. He directed the in -charge Control Room/Deputy Director IT Abdullah Noor to make the One -Window Counter more convenient and easier for the citizens. He suggested some changes to the office procedures on the One Window Counter for public convenience and said that he should provide them with a weekly report on the progress on the requests received. The ADG also inspected the method of transferring services and property services provided to the Town Planning and State Management Counter Department and emphasized the high quality and speed of departmental services in the departmental services. He directed the standard cleaning, all records to date and keep the files safe. Later, the ADG inspected the security system monitoring method through CCTV cameras and directed to further improve the command and control system.
