MD WASA Sohail Qadir Cheema directed to tag de-silting of main channels on Google Map

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Vasa Managing Director Sohail Qadir Cheema has directed to tag the de-silting of main channels on Google map and also clarified that he will conduct inspection of de-silting of road side drains on various roads. While presiding over a meeting, he said that de-silting of all main channels, roadside drainage lines and sewage lines should be completed in any case before the next monsoon season so that it is possible to provide the best and quality drainage services to the citizens during the rainy season. He further said that the de-silting of Mall Road, National Road, Minerva Road, Regal Road, Sialvi Colony, Ghulam Muhammadabad has been completed, but he will visit them himself for inspection. MD Vasa clarified that the mechanical and manual de-silting of main channels and road side drains lines should be completed as per the set schedule and no deviation will be acceptable. Deputy Managing Director O&M Usman Latif, DMD Engineering Saqib Raza, Directors O&M Makhdoom Babar, Sanul Malik and other officers of Denge Division were also present on this occasion.
