Citizens' grievances regarding FDA should not be delayed, general director


Faisalabad(94 news) Director General FDA Muhammad Sohail Khawaja has directed that there should be no delay in solving the complaints received by the citizens regarding the FDA on the Prime Minister's Pakistan Citizen Portal. / The standard of satisfaction of the complainant regarding the resolution of the complaints should be met with excellence so that the public confidence in the provision of departmental services is maintained. He said this in a meeting while reviewing the nature of citizen complaints received about the FDA on the Prime Minister Pakistan Citizen Portal and the departmental performance in relation to their resolution.
Directors of various departments Junaid Hasan Manj, Asma Mohsin, Asif Niazi, Hasan Zaheer, Deputy Director Admin Yasir Ejaz Chatta and other officers participated in the meeting. Director General said that along with development and administrative activities, focus should also be on addressing the complaints of citizens in this regard, best performance should come out on a daily basis. He directed that responsible duties should be performed by the cell established for the affairs of the Citizen Portal and the concerned officers should show utmost seriousness and responsibility to resolve the complaints received. He urged that the complainant should be informed about the departmental action by contacting directly and in case of any legal and administrative complications, a comprehensive strategy should be adopted effectively.
