Proceedings against FDA's illegal housing schemes continue

According to the details, the enforcement team of FDA under the leadership of State Officer Imtiaz Ali Gurayah checked the legality of the housing schemes to be established in different areas, then found the housing scheme on Chak No. 74 JB Jhang Road, Abdullah Valley near Newity and Satyana Road to be unapproved by FDA, in which some illegal constructions were being done, which were immediately demolished and the developers were asked to provide legal documents for the establishment of housing schemes. Comply with the requirements and avoid sale of plots and construction etc. before obtaining proper approval otherwise criminal cases may be registered against them for further violations.

Meanwhile, the FDA enforcement team sealed Plot No. 526-B in Sirsyd Town for starting construction without approval of the building plan and sent a challan to the court against the owner under the relevant law.
