The Supreme Court says that the next hearing of the trial case in civilian military courts will be on August 1. The written order said that the Attorney General sought time on the issue of right to appeal, the Attorney General is given time to take instructions, the Attorney General assured the court in his arguments, the arguments on the merits of the Attorney General's case are ongoing.
The decree said that the Attorney General has assured that no death sentence or life imprisonment has been imposed on any detained citizen.
In the court order, it was said that the Attorney General assured that the families of the accused citizens and the legal team will be present during the hearing, the evidence will be recorded in the military court in accordance with the law just like the ordinary courts, the Attorney General assured that detailed reasons will also be given in the decision of the military courts.
