All records of FDA residential colonies and commercial markets are being digitized: DG Muhammad Sohail

Faisalabad(94 news) All the records of residential colonies and commercial markets under the control of FDA are being digitized as per modern requirements to ensure more transparency in office affairs and to keep the ownership of properties free from any fraud.

In the meeting, Director of Town Planning and Estate Management Junaid Hasan Manj, Asma Mohsin, Asif Hayat Niazi, Chief Engineer Shahid Mehmood, Deputy Director Admin Yasir Ejaz Chatha, Assistant Director IT Abdullah Noor and other officers, Regional Manager from HTTI Islamabad.(Operation) Qasim Alvi, Chief Technical Officer Jamshed Khan attended. Director General FDA reviewed the latest status of digitization of property records and asked the officers of the concerned companies to speed up the work and to maintain high quality in this regard so that in future this system fulfills the desired objectives efficiently. There should not be laxity in the actions of the concerned departments. He asked the officers of the relevant departments to provide complete awareness to the property owners about the digitization process so that there is no difference in the accuracy of all their data and documents. He said that this process of modern technology is of great importance and effectiveness to keep the records organized and comprehensive, so complete transparency should be maintained in this process of keeping it up to date. In which all the data and details of the property will be registered, thanks to which not only the owners of the properties will be easy to verify the property but also the FDA records will be protected in a modern way.
