Rima's Turkish drama “Ertugrul” Opposed to broadcast

Lahore (94 news) Pakistan showbiz industry actress Reema Khan strongly opposed the airing of the Turkish series 'Dirles Ertugrul' or 'Ertugrul Ghazi' dubbed in Urdu on the government TV on the instructions of the Prime Minister.
Reema Khan, who is the host of Ramadan transmission on a private channel, said regarding the airing of 'Ertugrul Ghazi' on the state TV that airing dramas from other countries threatens the popularity of local artists and creators as well as their work.

Rima said that the first artist Shaan Shahid raised his voice on the issue that we should not broadcast dramas from other countries on the official channel.
"When you have a lot of your own content to broadcast, your own artists are sitting at home but you are still promoting it by buying content from others," he said.

The actress said that this thing hurts her a lot because the artistes of the country pay the tax and not the artistes of other countries.
Terming Shan's opposition as a 'voice of right', Rima said that we need to support our local industry together.
It should be noted that in one of his tweets before Rima, well-known artist Shaan Shahid wrote in a tweet a few days ago that he knows that when we are not able to import things from foreign countries in the recent economic crisis, then why is our state TVPTV showing foreign dramas?

In this regard, Shan Shahid argues that PTV is run by public tax and money and instead of broadcasting content from foreign countries, it should broadcast content made by its own country.
