At GC Women's University “Book Cultural and Spring Fair” Inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Kanwal Amin

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Two days organized by Library Government College Women University Faisalabad “Book Cultural and Spring Fair” It was inaugurated by Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Kanwal Amin. Speaking on the occasion, he said that our young generation should not be limited to book knowledge only but should promote the tradition of learning through observation and practical experience. Through such fairs, students not only get new opportunities to learn, but their creative and intellectual skills are also ignited. Addressing the students, he said that along with academic activities, cultural and co-curricular activities should also be actively participated in so that academic and personal development can take place in a balanced manner. He further said that this fair will be an important milestone in developing the trend of learning through knowledge and literature, culture and observation among female students. Eminent personalities from media, academia and industry were also present on the occasion along with Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Amin, who highlighted the importance of the festival and described it as an excellent educational and cultural experience for the young generation. Book exhibition, cultural stalls, painting and handicraft exhibition and food stalls were set up in the fair which attracted the attention of the participants. The cultural fair will continue till tomorrow, where students, faculty and guests will have ample opportunity to connect with their cultural roots and participate in creative activities.
