Livestock Department has been mobilized to prevent illegal slipping

Faisalabad(94 news)The Livestock Department of the Punjab Government is active in the prevention of illegal slaughtering of useful and usable female animals in Division Faisalabad as well as throughout Punjab. In this regard, the inspection of all slaughterhouses and meat shops by the Additional Directors Livestock and Deputy Directors Livestock of all districts of Faisalabad Division is ongoing. Director Livestock Dr. Syed Nadeem Badr said that throughout the division Steps are being taken to prevent the illegal slaughtering of useful and usable female animals and in this regard all the staff of the division are active, besides, a special awareness campaign is also going on with the butchers and cattle rearers at the tehsil level to prevent the illegal slaughtering/slaughtering of useful and usable female animals. In addition, he said that useful, fertile, fertile female animals (Vultures, liars and sheep (The muscles) Slaughtering for meat is strictly prohibited and is a legal offense against which strict action will be taken against violators.
