آرمی چیف نے خطاب میں قومی سلامتی کو درپیش خطرات پر زور دیا۔ پاک فوج کے سپہ سالار جنرل عاصم منیر نے کہا کہ مستقبل میں سکیورٹی اہلکاروں پر حملوں کو برداشت نہیں کیا جائے گا، ہمیں امن واستحکام کیلئے اپنی کاوشوں کا جاری رکھنا ہوگا، امن کو خراب کرنے والی قوتوں کیلئے کوئی جگہ نہیں۔ پشاور پہنچنے پر کورکمانڈر پشاور نے آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر کا استقبال کیا۔
