Approval to convert six properties to commercials in FDA colonies


Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) The FDA administration has approved to convert six properties of various residential colonies to commercial, while for some technical and administrative reasons, commercialization of two properties has been postponed. In this connection, a meeting of the Commercialization Committee was chaired by Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rind, under the direction of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, in which requests for converting the nature of the residential property into a business were reviewed. The meeting was attended by Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, Director State Management Junaid Hassan Manj, Director Planning and Development Asim Mahmood, Deputy Director Town Planning Raheel Zafar and other officers. During the meeting, a total of eight applications related to the commercialization of the property were reviewed, including six requests to meet the legal and departmental requirements and terms and conditions, allowing the buildings to be converted into a commercial, including three of Madinah Town, Millat Town, Gulberg Colony and Gulberg Colony. It was decided to review the requests of one of the property in Madina Town and Millat Town for some reason and review it after removing the objection. Additional Director General FDA said that a speedy department is being taken on petitions related to the property conversion, so there should be no complaint of illegal commercialization. He directed that all the legal and administrative requirements regarding the commercialization requests of the property should be met. He strongly said that there should be no shortage of building by -building in the FDA -controlled residential colonies and keep the field staff active for monitoring.
