Commissioner Salut Saeed and Director General FDA Asif Chaudhry visited Jhamra Road Flyover


Faisalabad(94 news) Divisional Commissioner Faisalabad Salut Saeed inspected the construction progress of the under-construction Abdullahpur Jhamra Road flyover. The Commissioner reviewed the various constructions from Tariqabad to Jhumra Road and issued necessary instructions.
While inspecting the Abdullahpur Overhead Bridge, he expressed satisfaction over the construction activities and said that Abdullahpur Jhumra Road Flyover is a very important project in terms of urban development and traffic management. All administrative and technical capabilities should be utilized for the completion of the project before the scheduled period. He said that the speedy completion of this mega project is among the priorities of the caretaker government of Punjab, so all the relevant officers, engineers, contractors and related institutions should ensure a coordinated strategy and continue to monitor closely for the sustainable and long-lasting construction of the project. The commissioner said that urban life should not be affected by the construction activities of the project. Will fully support the speedy completion of the project.
Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry while giving a briefing said that all obstacles including acquisition of private property for the mega project of Abdullahpur Jhamra Road Flyover have been cleared. In the construction stages of the flyover, more than 40 piles, 22 girders and the retaining wall of the west side have been completed so far. The supervisors are trying hard to achieve the goals given by the Chief Minister of Punjab while all the technical capabilities and departmental resources are being utilized for the completion before the stipulated period. He said that necessary steps have also been taken to make the construction of the project safe for the citizens.
