Uproar in the Senate over the attempt to pray for former President Pervez Musharraf, Jamaat-e-Islami Senator Mushtaq Ahmed did not allow the prayer.

Islam Abad (94 news) A member of Jamaat-e-Islami protested the attempt to pray for forgiveness for former President Pervez Musharraf in the Senate session, the members were prevented from praying in favor of Pervez Musharraf.

 During the session of the Senate, on behalf of a few members, people who died in the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, as well as General (T)Mushtaq Ahmed said that the fire in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is because of Musharraf, Musharraf broke the constitution twice and killed the judiciary, they will pray for the Muslims of Syria and Turkey but not for those who caused the earthquake in Pakistan. After Senator Mushtaq Ahmed's protest, prayers were offered in the Senate only for those who died in Turkey and Syria.
