All Punjab Kabaddi Tournament won by Faisalabad Kabaddi Club

Faisalabad (94 news) Faisalabad Kabaddi Club won the Yom Takbir All Punjab Kabaddi Tournament organized by District Sports Department. The tournament was held at Malikpur Kabaddi Stadium in which teams from Sahiwal, Lahore, Gujarat and Faisalabad participated from across Punjab. The first match was played between Sahiwal and Lahore teams. Sahiwal to Lahore 37/23 Qualified for the final by defeating In the second match, Faisalabad defeated Gujarat 42/29 Qualified for the final after defeating Gujarat. In the final match, Faisalabad won the title of champion by defeating Gujarat 45/27 after an interesting match. Iftikhar Ahmed Chchchhar MPA/President Punjab Kabaddi Association, Muslim League leaders Mian Irfan Manan, Raja Daniyal Ahmad, Fakir Hussain Dogar, President District Kabaddi Association Rana Ali Abbas, President Divisional Kabaddi Association Chaudhry Abdul Waheed Jatt, Secretary General Punjab Kabaddi Association Shehbaz Randhawa, Secretary General Divisional Association Rana Imran Ahmed Khan, Secretary General District Kabaddi Association Sajda Latif inaugurated the tournament. Faisalabad team was awarded Rs 2 lakh cash and trophy for winning second position, Sahiwal team was awarded Rs 150,000 cash and trophy for second position, Gujarat team was awarded Rs 100,000 cash and trophy for third position and Lahore team was awarded Rs 100,000 cash prize for winning fourth position.
