Deputy Commissioner Nadeem Nasir visited Ramadan Facilitation Bazaar Jhang Road, inspected various stalls

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Deputy Commissioner Capt (T) Nadeem Nasir visited Ramzan Solah Bazar Jhang Road to review the provision of public relief during Ramzan. He inspected the various stalls set up in the market and inquired about the prices and quality of essential items by meeting the fasting people who had come to buy them. The Deputy Commissioner visited the stalls of sugar, flour, vegetables, fruits, pulses and chicken and made a detailed review of the availability, sale at fixed rates and quality. He also checked the weight of the sugar packet to ensure transparency in the quantity and quality. On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner directed that all the essential commodities should be sold at the fixed prices of the government and there should be no compromise on the quality. Expressing satisfaction over the arrangements, he directed the concerned officers to make the monitoring process more effective on a daily basis so as to provide maximum relief to the public during Ramadan. The Deputy Commissioner said that the district administration is utilizing all resources for public convenience and the sale of expensive or defective items will not be tolerated.
