Formation of Steering Committee regarding Punjab Development Package on behalf of Director General Vasa Punjab Tayyab Farid

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Director General Wasa Punjab Tayyab Farid has formed a steering committee regarding the Punjab development package, the first meeting of which was held in which managing director Wasa Faisalabad Saqib Raza, managing directors and other officers of Wasa across the province participated through video link. On this occasion, MD Wasa gave a detailed briefing regarding the Punjab Development Package in Faisalabad, which was appreciated. He further said that the initial work on the development package of 12 billion rupees has been completed, the tenders for the development schemes have been done while the technical bids have been submitted and the construction work on these development schemes will be started in the last week of January. MD Wasa further said that he is very grateful to Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif for approving the mega development package to provide quality drainage facilities to the citizens of Faisalabad and the development schemes completed under this package will prove to be a game changer for the citizens.
