Money laundering case, non-bailable arrest warrant issued for Shahbaz Sharif's wife and daughter

Lahore (94 news) Accountability Court of Lahore has issued non-bailable arrest warrant for the wife and daughter of PML-N leader and opposition leader Shehbaz Sharif.

According to details, Judge Jawad Al Hasan of Lahore Accountability Court heard the money laundering reference against Mian Shahbaz Sharif's family. Meanwhile, non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued for Shahbaz Sharif's wife Nusrat Shahbaz and daughter Rabia Imran. Earlier, the court issued bailable warrants for both women and summoned them to the court today, but they did not appear in the court today, on the basis of which non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued. The court has ordered the arrest of both women.

It is also worth mentioning here that the accountability court had previously issued arrest warrants for Shehbaz Sharif's son Salman Shehbaz and son-in-law Haroon Yusuf, but today no report has been submitted on behalf of the Foreign Office. The court has summoned the responsible officer from the Foreign Office along with the records to explain why the warrants of Salman and Haroon were not executed.
