Meeting with Minhaj Welfare Foundation in connection with the preparations for the sacrifice

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Under the auspices of Minhaj Welfare Foundation, a meeting was held at Islamic Academy Madinah Town in connection with the preparations of Ghorbani Campaign 2025. Addressing the meeting, District President TMQ Khalid Mahmoud Randhawa, Nazim Khalid Mustafavi, Welfare Nazim Suhail Maqsood said that Eid-ul-Azha is not just the name of slaughtering animals, but its main philosophy is piety, sincerity, sacrifice and seeking the pleasure of Allah Almighty. The religion of Islam teaches us not to forget the deprived and poor class on the occasion of happiness like Eid, but to share happiness with them. Chaudhry Sohail Shaukat, Rana Taher Saleem, Ghulam Muhammad Qadri, Hafiz Sarfaraz Ahmad, Umar Farooq Alvi, Umair Irshad Ansari, Muhammad Arshad Mughal, Mian Zahoor Noor, Ghulam Mustafa Dogar, Mian Arslan Qadri, Rana Muhammad Idris, Imran Mubarak also participated in the meeting, they said. That the spirit of sacrifice consists of sincerity and godliness. Acceptance of sacrifice by Allah Almighty is not based on flesh and blood but on piety and purity of intention. The purpose of the sunnah of Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) is not to make an outward sacrifice, but to present one's most beloved object to Allah with a cheerful heart. He said that a central altar has been established in Faisalabad Madina Town under the sacrifice campaign on behalf of Minhaj Welfare Foundation. The sacrificial meat will be systematically distributed among the poor, deserving and needy people so that they can also share equally in the joy of Eid. He added that the sacrifice is not only a financial act of worship but also a means that promotes social harmony, mutual love and brotherhood.
