Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has ordered that the budget of the FDA for the next fiscal year should have excellent development traditions that reflect the financial stability of the institution, urban development and public welfare. In this regard, Additional Director General Qaiser Abbas Rand is constantly reviewing the preparations of the budget proposals, who presided over the directors' conference in which the budget targets of the institution for the previous fiscal year and the upcoming budget proposals were discussed. Chief Engineer Mehrayub, Directors Junaid Hasan Manj, Asma Mohsin, Sohail Maqsood Pannu, Asim Mahmood, Deputy Directors Finance Humira Ashraf, Faisal Tariq Butt, Deputy Director Kuchiabadi Afzal Ansari, Deputy Director IT Abdullah Noor and other officers participated in the conference. The Additional Director General FDA reviewed the departmental goals and their latest situation regarding the budget and said that measures should be proposed to reduce expenses as much as possible in the budget of the next fiscal year while a comprehensive and effective strategy should be prepared to increase revenue. He directed that by the end of the current fiscal year, try as much as possible to meet the revenue recovery targets, according to which the revenue targets can be set in the next fiscal year's budget. On this occasion, the figures of fines against illegal housing schemes, commercialization fees, proposed revenue in property transfer, approval of building plans and housing schemes and revenue received from various NOCs were also reviewed and directed to make a special campaign to recover dues from defaulters successful. During the meeting, Chief Engineer Mehrayub informed about the implementation of ongoing development schemes, utilization of funds and the proposed development projects for the next financial year and their estimates, while the directors of the Town Planning, State Management, IT Department told about the departmental finance targets, latest receipts and the details of the proposed revenue targets for the next year.
