MD Wasa Sohail Qadir Cheema directed to further increase the speed of work on ongoing sewage projects

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Vasa Managing Director Sohail Qadir Cheema has directed to further increase the speed of work on the ongoing sewage projects and clarified that the consultant agency Nespak should closely monitor all the construction works. While presiding over the development progress review meeting of the ongoing schemes under the annual development program, he said that the work on the ongoing schemes under the annual development program will be completed in June. 2026 All cases should be completed so that the citizens can get the fruits of these projects in the upcoming monsoon season. MD Wasane further said that after laying the pipeline on all the sites, it should be cleared and all the soil and other debris lying around should be completely cleaned. MD Vasa warned that the length of pipeline to be laid every week 2 shall not be less than one thousand feet and which the contractor 2 1000 feet pipeline is not laid, it should be changed. MD Vasa urged the NESPAK representatives to call a meeting of the contractors, he himself will preside over it and make it clear to the contractors to speed up the construction work on all the development schemes so that they can be completed within the stipulated time.
