FDA's revenue recovery campaign should be intensified, Qaiser Abbas Rand Additional Director General

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has ordered the concerned staff to speed up the revenue recovery campaign and ensure the percentage recovery of arrears by the end of this month. He directed Additional Director General FDA Qaiser Abbas Rind to monitor the recovery campaign effectively and asked him to set daily targets and review their progress. Meanwhile, Additional Director General Qaiser Abbas Rand immediately convened an important meeting to review the details of the arrears and their recovery strategy. Director State Management One Junaid Hasan Manj, Deputy Director State Management Adnan Shahzad, Deputy Director Finance Afzal Ansari, Assistant Director Recovery Mian Akhtar and other officers were present in the meeting. ADG strictly directed to focus on recovery of arrears of commercialization fees, fines imposed on illegal development in housing schemes and other dues and to take indiscriminate action against defaulters and immediately seal their properties in case of non-payment. He directed to keep a close watch on the illegal commercialization and bring the illegal elements under the legal ambit. ADG ordered to adopt an effective plan for recovery of outstanding installments, development and additional development charges due to allottees of FDA City. He asked the officers in-charge of the concerned departments to keep the recovery staff exceptionally active and brief them about the day-to-day functioning.
