All Pakistan Inter-University Handball Championship was won by University Central Punjab

Faisalabad (94 news) The All Pakistan Intervarsity Handball Championship was won by the University of Central Punjab.

The championship was held at Ghulam Mohammadabad Graduate School in which players from 74 universities participated. Former MNA Haji Akram Ansari and his son Haji Iftikhar Akram were the special guests in the ceremony. Director Admin Punjab Group of Colleges Rafat Iqbal, Director Sports Chaudhry Muhammad Arshad Sattar, Director Sports Punjab Colleges Khalid Yaqoob, General Secretary GMabad Club Zafar Iqbal, Naseer Ahmed were present on the occasion. Special guests former MNA Haji Akram Ansari, Haji Iftikhar Akram, Principal Zahoor Johar distributed prizes among the players of University Central Punjab. Coach Sajid Zia was also given Umrah ticket by University Central Punjab. A friendly match was also played between Ehsan Handball Club and GMabad Handball Club during the event.
