Transgender Act, Transgender across the country came to the fore

Islam Abad (94 news) Any amendment or repeal of the Transgender Act will be strongly resisted. Nayab Ali, a representative of the transgender community, has said that the Transgender Act guarantees all the fundamental rights of the transgender community of Pakistan. The law is being attacked by the far right, and the transgender community is facing unprecedented physical and digital hatred as a result.
The Parliament of Pakistan will not allow any kind of amendment in this law (Protection of rights) Act passed May 2018 I gave. Which included the support of all the political parties of Pakistan.
Transgender Act in the country is being linked with homosexuality and LGBT which is completely wrong. The increase in violence against the transgender community in recent months, especially in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the increasing attempts and murders of transgenders, has prompted the people of the twin cities to not only recognize their resistance to violence but also to systematically try to deprive their community of their rights, he expressed these views while addressing a press conference at the National Press Club Islamabad along with other transgender colleagues.
The law was enacted after nine years of concerted legal action, public debate and activism by transgender people in Pakistan and was passed overwhelmingly, denying that the law promotes same-sex marriage, which is illegal under Pakistani law, and allows anyone to change their gender from male to female, but only to a third gender category according to the law.
He advised those criticizing the law to first read the law in its entirety, saying that when this law was being drafted, it was examined on scientific, medical, cultural, and religious grounds. These extremist minorities are now trying to challenge the law made by the wisdom and will of the majority in the Federal Sharia Court in an attempt to make this law un-Islamic, but in reality the judges did not find any of their arguments credible.
