WASA Instructions for Submission of Routes Clearance Certificates for Muharram Al Haram

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Managing Director Wasa Saqib Raza has directed to submit the routes clearance certificates for Muharram while clarifying that drinking water should be provided to the pilgrims during the month of Muharram. While presiding over a meeting, he said that roads leading to processions and congregations during Muharram should be completely cleared of sewage, while no leakage of water supply lines should be exposed. Md Wasane further said that all routes should be visited on a daily basis and the machinery should be kept operational at all times. Water supply should also be ensured at the places where the sybils have been installed. He clarified that during the month of Muharram, special attention should be paid to the central Imam Bara and the eight markets so that there is no shortage in the services of sewage and water supply.
