Hold on public grievances on a priority basis, no room for delay or negligence, Mohammad Asif Chaudhry

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has directed the officers to resolve public complaints related to their departments on priority basis, there is no room for delay or inattention in this regard. He said this while listening to the problems of citizens in his office. Director IT/Finance Yasirajaz Chatta, Director State Management Junaid Hasan Manj, Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, PSO Shabir Sajid and other officers were also present on the occasion. DGFDA took cognizance of the details of the problems of the citizens and issued orders to the concerned officers on their requests for resolution. He said that there is a special focus on speedy service delivery, in this regard, strict monitoring of the staff's performance is ongoing. He said that in case of any complaint, contact them without interruption so that the employees guilty of negligence can be held accountable in a timely manner. He assured that there will be no compromise on solving the individual and protest problems of the people and providing immediate relief. He directed to speed up action against illegal housing schemes and end encroachments and said that citizens should not face any problem in this regard. DGFDA asked the officers to take speedy departmental action on the applications submitted at the One Window Counter and dispose of the applications as per the timeline.
