PTI The biggest scandal appeared Prague

Islam Abad(94 news) In the past, Imran Khan has been severely criticizing the metro bus built in Lahore and Rawalpindi, but then his government started the metro bus project in Peshawar, which could not be completed despite spending years and billions of rupees, and now it has become the biggest scandal of the Tehreek-e-Insaf government, and it is defying the government's actions. Now the Asian Development Bank has also opened the fortress of Peshawar Metro Bus Project in its report.
According to the details, the Asian Development Bank has stated in its report that "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has turned away from the original and agreed design of the Peshawar Metro Bus Project worth 70 billion rupees and used poor quality materials and put people's lives and assets at risk." The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government was given a clear warning that under the design it has adopted, metro buses will collide with each other at stops 10, 12, 15 and 26 because in the new design adopted by the KP government, two buses cannot pass through these places at the same time. The bank had withheld future payments for rejecting the design and using inferior materials and told the government that it would not be disbursed until it rectified serious design flaws. By mid-2017, the bank had disbursed Rs 53 billion to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government for the project. According to the bank report, poor quality construction will seriously damage the international reputation of the project. It should be noted that the initial estimate of Peshawar Metro project was 50 billion rupees and it was supposed to be completed in this amount, but the Tehreek-e-Insaf government increased its cost by 38%, which reached 70 billion rupees.
