Provincial governments are responsible for the destruction of the system:Fawad Chaudhry

Islam Abad(94 news) Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that average level chief ministers cannot run administrative matters. Fawad Chaudhry said that today if there are no civic facilities, the system is destroyed, then the provincial governments are responsible for it, which have not shown performance.
