Grand operation underway against illegal commercialization in FDA colonies

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) On the instructions of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, a grand operation is underway against illegal commercialization in residential colonies controlled by FDA. Apart from this, after de-sealing two plots in Allama Iqbal Colony by breaking the law, they were re-sealed and further legal action is being taken against the owners. According to the details, under the supervision of Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, State Officer Mian Qamar Shanirad, the enforcement team of FDA consisting of inspectors Aslam Ansari, Mian Naveed, Qaiser Sulaiman and other staff checked the nature of various properties in Gulshan Colony. Get approved otherwise further violations will face heavy fines in addition to criminal prosecution. Further legal action is being taken against the owners for self-desealing of two plots sealed by the FDA enforcement team in Allama Iqbal Colony, while these plots were resealed. The FDA administration has warned that conversion of residential properties into commercial without approval should be avoided and payment of prescribed dues should be obtained in this regard, in case of violation, apart from sealing of the properties, heavy fines and criminal action will also be faced.
