Government should set new prices for wheat and sugarcane

Lahore( 94 news) The Punjab government has fixed new prices of wheat and sugarcane while providing relief to the farmers.

According to the details, the Punjab government has provided a big relief to the farmers of Punjab, the new prices of wheat and sugarcane have been fixed, now the price of wheat has been fixed at Rs 1365 per maund and the price of sugarcane has been fixed at Rs 190 per maund.-

Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has said that our government has protected the rights of farmers by increasing the support price of sugarcane and wheat. Our government is farmer friendly. It will not be allowed, farmers are my brothers, protection of their rights is my responsibility.

He further said that the previous government exploited the farmers by not increasing the support price of sugarcane and wheat.-
