Vasa started digital desalination of sewerage lines during winter

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) WASA Faisalabad for the first time in its history will conduct digital desilting of sewage lines during winter for which the Managing Director of WASA Saqib Raza has issued instructions. In this context, he said that during the three months from December to February, due to severe cold and fog, de-silting of sewage lines was not done, due to which there was overflow of sewage in different areas, however, this season, for the first time, sewer lines are being de-silted with digital machines by WASA Faisalabad so that the citizens can be provided with quality and best drainage services. MD Vasa Saqib Raza further said that at present de-silting process is going on in the narrow sewage lines of different areas with four machines while more will be done by the end of December. 4 The machines will reach Faisalabad after which one digital de-silting machine will be provided in all subdivisions so that de-silting can continue in areas where sewerage lines are narrow and there is a risk of overflow. He clarified that WASA Faisalabad is using all resources to solve the drainage problems of Faisalabad citizens, which is having positive effects.
