Directed strict monitoring of all development schemes by MD Vasa

Faisalabad (94 News Mian Hamza ) Managing Director WASA Saqib Raza has directed strict monitoring of all development schemes under ADP and clarified that consultant agency Nespak must submit weekly progress reports. While presiding over a meeting, he said that the construction work on small and big development schemes in different areas to upgrade the sewerage system of the city is going on and these schemes must be completed as per the design, assessment and stipulated time frame for which it is necessary that the consultant agency Nespak closely monitors the works on these schemes and submits its weekly report so that the challenges faced during the construction work can be properly addressed. MD Wasa Saqib Raza further said that the quality of materials including pipes and other materials used in the construction works of all development schemes should be of standard and there will be no compromise on this. He clarified that all the contractors should be urged to accelerate the speed of construction work and he himself will visit the construction sites next week for inspection.
