Conducting World Anti -Drug Seminar in Prisons Welfare Society Borestal Jail organized

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Organized by the Prisoners Welfare Society Borstal Jail, a seminar was organized in the jail regarding the World Anti-Drug Day. In which Assistant Director Social Welfare and Bait Al-Mal (Cirque project) And Senior Vice President Prisoners Welfare Society and President All Pakistan Private Schools Mian Nadeem Ahmed took special part. On this occasion, while giving awareness to the children imprisoned in the jail, Sofia Rizwan and Mian Nadeem Ahmed said that drug addiction is very dangerous for human health and it leads to dehumanization and inhumanity. A drug addict is despised in the society. No one is ready to sit with a drug addict. Addiction always starts with a cigarette. Then cigarettes become his habit, gradually he becomes addicted and does something to move forward, which leads to drugs like hashish, opium, shisha, ice etc. and one day it happens that his family members are also forced to throw him out of the house, then he stumbles from door to door and becomes humiliated on the streets and becomes a punishment for his parents as well. Who will embrace or befriend a child who becomes a torment to his parents, siblings, relatives and friends? He said that you must have seen drug addicts lying on the streets, underpasses and parks and no one considers them a good person, so don't stray even close to addiction, get respect and status in the eyes of your parents, relatives and friends, so that they can do something for you and you for them. While giving a lecture, Mian Nadeem Ahmed and Sofia Rizwan said that Islam also forbids us from getting drunk. Our beloved Prophet also forbade it. He said that you are our future. You are our life. You are our hope because of some mistake you are here today but soon you will be released. But never go back to your same life and go into the world of crime. Live for your parents. Never turn to addiction. On this occasion, Mian Nadeem Ahmed also took a promise from the children that they will never take any kind of drugs. If anyone is involved in it, they repent from today. At the end, a prayer was also offered for national security.
