Faisalabad(94 news) National Commission for Peace and Justice (NCJP) Organized by Faisalabad “World Humanitarian Day” An award ceremony was organized for philanthropic personalities in a local hotel in Faisalabad. In which eminent personalities from Faisalabad were honored with awards.

The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. Bishop Andreas Rahmat ( Bishop of Faisalabad) were A large number of social personalities participated in the event. On this occasion, awards were distributed among personalities working for social awareness, religious harmony, journalism, advocacy and promotion and defense of human rights.

He was honored with awards for his services to humanity.

During the ceremony, a minute's silence was observed in memory of those who sacrificed their lives for humanity and a candle of peace was lit. On this occasion Father Khalid Rashid Asi (Director NCJP Faisalabad)said that in this world, if there is no pain of humanity and philanthropic figures, there may be a deterioration in the society and there is a fear of the end of the human race. That's why we should work for the welfare of humanity and human development, regardless of color and race, religion and sect and all kinds of distinctions, so that this region of the universe where people live can become a cradle of peace, harmony and love.
