Meeting with Deputy Director and Divisional Director of Social Welfare of Faisalabad NGO Network
Faisalabad (94 news) Heads of the member organizations of Faisalabad NGO Network under the chairmanship of Chairman NGO Network Mian Nadeem Ahmed met Deputy Director of Social Welfare and Baitul Mal Department Farooq Butt and Divisional Director Mian Muhammad Zahid. Speaking to the delegation in the meeting hall of Social Welfare, Deputy Director Farooq Butt and Mian Muhammad Zahid said that development is impossible in any country without NGOs, look at the developed countries, most NGOs are working there, the welfare state can be called only where there are plans for the welfare of the people, civil society and the government should work together.
On this occasion, Chairman NGOs Network Mian Nadeem Ahmad said that all the NGOs of the network work under your help, and have the same spirit that we should work together for the welfare of the people, even if it is on a small scale, that is why the Faisalabad NGOs Network is still standing. Patronize the work so that everyone can work better.
On this occasion, Senior Vice Chairman Chaudhry Muhammad Saleem, Secretary General Yusuf Adnan, Dr. Adnan Farooq, Dr. Muhammad Arshad, Farrukh Bashir and Arshad Ansari informed about the problems faced by NGOs and said that welfare organizations are the mouthpieces of the government and share the burden of the government, but the process of putting NGOs against the wall in Pakistan continues. Such people are not well-wishers of Pakistan and the people. In the field of human rights, women's rights, children's rights, in order to establish peace in the country, government awareness campaigns support them in any aspect.
Mian Nadeem Ahmed said that the gap between social welfare department and NGOs should be closed.
Deputy Director Farooq Butt and Divisional Director Mian Muhammad Zahid said that there is a need to reconnect the chain of contacts, as this chain has already started.
