Order not to arrest Sanam Javed till Thursday
Islam Abad (94 news)Islamabad High Court has ordered not to arrest PTI leader Sanam Javed till Thursday.
تفصیلات کے مطابق ہائیکورٹ نے صنم جاوید کے خلاف مقدمات کا تمام ریکارڈ پیش کرنے کے احکامات جاری کرتے ہوئے گھر جانے کی اجازت دیدی ہے۔ جسٹس گل حسن اورنگزیب نے صنم جاوید کے وکیل سے مکالمہ کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ پی ٹی آئی رہنما گھر جائیں اور خاموش رہیں۔ اگر یہ اس دوران ایک لفظ بھی بولیں تو عدالت اپنا آرڈر واپس لے لے گی۔
It should be noted that when Sanam Javed was released yesterday after being acquitted in the FIA case, the Islamabad police arrested her once again.
Today when Sanam Javed was handed over to Balochistan Police, he approached the Islamabad High Court through a lawyer, on which the court ordered to produce him and now issued orders that he should not be arrested till Thursday.
To Sanam Javed 9 May was arrested when PTI leaders and activists staged nationwide protests against the arrest of Imran Khan, during which military installations were also stormed.
