Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has said that the educated youth have a key position in national development, in order to highlight the essence of leadership, it is indispensable to equip them with digital technology and other modern sciences, for which they should be provided opportunities for intellectual maturity through the habit of study and knowledge and skills. He said this with reference to the Developing Young Leaders Program at Government College Women University Madina Town ”Literacy and cognitive development ” Speaking as a special guest at the seminar organized on the topic of Vice Chancellor GC Women University Prof. Dr. Kanwal Amin presided over the seminar which was organized in collaboration with Learning Resource Center GC Women University and Society for Reading and Knowledge, with the aim of promoting study attitude, critical thinking and leadership skills among female students through essay writing and speech competitions. Kusraha He said that world development can be fought only through the force of young people equipped with knowledge, for which the well-known organizations in the promotion of knowledge along with the government educational institutions should increase the knowledge initiatives with innovation. Mentioning the famous and talented women at the global level, he said that the society can develop rapidly only by empowering women. He urged the students to focus on academic pursuits, bright future and development is their destiny. DGFDA appreciated the academic efforts of Society for Reading and Knowledge for promoting the study. Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Kanwal Amin encouraged the female students to adopt purposeful study habits that sharpen character and broaden their outlook on life and the world. Other speakers of the seminar included Director Women Development Department Punjab Tariq Khan Niazi, Rana Muhammad Abid, Waheed Khaliq Ramey, renowned poet Adnan Baig and others who highlighted the revolutionary power of study, creativity and academic commitment.
