Millat Town C 3 have been sealed in block Commercial Residential Plots
Owners to fulfill commercialization fees, approval of maps and other legal requirements.
Faisalabad(94news) In connection with the ongoing operation against illegal constructions under the direction of Deputy Commissioner/Director General FDA Muhammad Ali, the FDA team took action in Millat Town and promptly sealed three residential plots for being used for illegal commercial activities.
According to the details, during the investigation, it was found that the residential plots No. 1123, 1124 and 1125 in C Block of Millat Town are being used on commercial basis without regular commercialization fee being deposited, which is causing loss to the government treasury. Additional Director General FDA Aamir Aziz said that on the direction of DG FDA/Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali, a special campaign against violations of Buildings Bylaws has been launched with the aim of increasing government revenue by bringing the construction of buildings under the legal ambit.
