Value recognition and selection of the right location

94 News written by Nadeem Rajput

A person's real value in life is less about who he is and more about the place where he exists. It is a bitter but true fact that every human being is not valued everywhere. If you are repeatedly being ignored in a position, your voice is not valued and your efforts are not appreciated, instead of getting angry about it, you need to stop and think. The problem may not be with you, but with the place you are in. The people who value you, are the ones who truly value you. Every person is as valuable as gold, but gold is recognized only in a jeweler's shop, not in a pile of iron. Similarly, if you are placed in a place where your ability, hard work and respect are not valued, then staying there is like insulting yourself. Life teaches us not to force ourselves to stay in a place where we are not respected. Respect does not come by asking for it, but comes automatically where people consider your presence a blessing. Pulling back quietly is not a sign of weakness but of wisdom.
Therefore, it is necessary for a person to identify himself and understand where he has value and where he does not. Where you are heard, respected and recognized for your abilities, that is where you truly belong. Life is short, don't waste it in places where you are underestimated. Know your worth and stay where you are.
