The provincial minister urged the health department to reach out to every child up to the age of five years during the anti-polio campaign and not sit back until vaccinations are given to children who are absent from their homes for any reason. He said that all possible means of publicity should be used for the success of the campaign and polio teams should be active in important public places to administer drops to children. The provincial minister also inspected various departments of the hospital and visited the patients under treatment and prayed for their speedy recovery.

CEO Health said that during the campaign, 640 teams of the health department are actively working to administer immunizations to 2 lakh 77 thousand 479 children up to the age of five years.
