Faisalabad, Addition of modern diagnostic facilities in livestock, installation of portable veterinary x-ray machine and patient monitor and conduct of training sessions.

Faisalabad (94 News City Reporter) Organized by Livestock Department Faisalabad Division, a practical training session on their effective use was conducted after installation of portable veterinary X-ray machine and patient monitor at the newly established x-ray and operation theater facility in Livestock Complex, Civil Veterinary Hospital Faisalabad.

Veterinary officers from all districts of Faisalabad Division participated in the training session. The master trainer of the respective company imparted detailed practical training to the participants on installation of advanced X-ray equipment, patient monitoring, precautions and routine maintenance.

The training session was personally supervised by Director Livestock Faisalabad Dr Haider Ali Khan. Additional Director Livestock Faisalabad Dr. Rubina Anjum and Deputy Director Livestock Faisalabad Dr. Sohail Ahmed Anjum were also present on this occasion.

Director Livestock Faisalabad Dr. Haider Ali Khan said on the occasion that provision of modern diagnostic facilities and increasing practical efficiency of veterinary officers are among the top priorities of the department. He said that with the use of modern equipment, timely and quality diagnosis will be possible, which will provide better veterinary services to the livestock keepers and the livestock sector will be more stable.
