Senior analyst Dr. Shahid Masood, in his comments on a private TV program, told an incident regarding Imran Khan and Ayaz Sadiq that Ayaz Sadiq and Imran Khan have a very strange relationship, both of them studied in Aitchison, before that they are childhood friends, they are childhood friends in such a way that Imran Khan came to cricket and he came to hockey.
He said that a few years ago I had a function with Ayaz Sadiq and had dinner there.
Ayaz Sadiq actually has very good thoughts for Imran Khan. Ayaz Sadiq says that once a hockey match was going on, Imran Khan and I were studying in the third class at that time. In this match Imran Khan was accidentally hit with the hockey stick, Imran Khan fell down, got a lot of injuries and blood came out.

Later we became friends and everything was fine. But I think Imran Khan has not forgotten that yet, while I have apologized to Imran Khan many times. He said that the amazing thing is that when Imran Khan formed Tehreek-e-Insaaf in 1996, Ayaz Sadiq was among the first few people who joined it. Ayaz Sadiq also participated in the first election of Tehreek-e-Insaf along with Imran Khan.
Both participated in the election in the same constituency. Imran Khan was standing on the seat of the National Assembly and Ayaz Sadiq was contesting the election from Lahore on the seat of the Provincial Assembly. But when the election results came, both of them were defeated. After that, Ayaz Sadiq separated, Ayaz Sadiq says that Imran Khan is my friend, there are gossips too, but Imran Khan being hokey towards me was a big mistake.
