FDA's grand operation against encroachments continues, challans of violators sent to court

Faisalabad (94 news) In connection with the ongoing grand operation against encroachment on the instructions of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, the anti-encroachment team of FDA took action and cleared the encroachment in various markets of Allama Iqbal Colony and the equipment used in the encroachment was picked up and taken into possession. Challans against the shopkeepers involved in encroachments were sent to the court of the Special Judicial Magistrate.

According to the details, FDA's anti-encroachment team consisting of Enforcement Inspectors Aslam Ansari, Sanaullah Jat and other staff conducted an inspection in Allama Iqbal Colony Sea Road. The goods used in the encroachment were seized and sent to the court of the Special Judicial Magistrate against the guilty shopkeepers. The shopkeepers have been warned to remain within their shop limits and avoid causing inconvenience to the public by placing goods on streets, footpaths and public walkways or else criminal cases may be registered against the culprits for further violations.
