Zero tolerance policy against illegal occupation of government land will be strictly implemented, said Mohammad Asif Chaudhry.

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry has ordered to continue vigorous and indiscriminate action against the encroachment mafia and made it clear that the zero tolerance policy against illegal encroachments on government land will be strictly implemented. He issued these instructions while listening to the complaints and problems of the citizens under the open door policy in his office. On this occasion, Director State Management Junaid Hasan Manj, Asma Mohsin and other related officers were also present. Director General FDA received direct requests from the citizens and issued necessary orders to the concerned officers on the spot for immediate resolution of their problems. While talking to the citizens, he said that intensive operations against illegal occupiers, illegal constructions, unapproved commercialization and illegal housing schemes are continuously going on by the FDA, while the enforcement staff of the agency is playing an active role in the field. He further said that any indication of illegal occupation or illegal activity by any citizen will be taken very seriously and immediate action will be taken. If any official's complicity or negligence is proved, strict departmental action will be taken against him. Muhammad Asif Chaudhry said that the citizens should contact the FDA without hesitation to solve their problems, more effective steps are being taken for the speedy and transparent solution of their problems. He said that modern reforms have been introduced to improve the quality of various services of FDA and regular monitoring of the processing of citizens' applications is being done. He expressed his commitment that all citizen matters related to FDA are being phased online to ensure transparency and speed in service delivery and avoid any unnecessary delay. He directed the officers to ensure immediate action on the requests of the citizens and no request or file should be left unduly pending.
