Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) Matters of approval of private housing schemes across the province by the Government of Punjab ”Housing Society Management System” is being brought under which after its implementation to get the approval of the housing scheme one has to apply online in this digital system instead of any development authority or other regulatory body in this regard Punjab Land Record Authority has developed this digital system. A training session was held at the FDA complex to make developers of private housing schemes aware of this system, which was presided over by Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry. Chief Engineer FDA Maher Ayub, Director Town Planning Asma Mohsin, Director IT Yasir Ijaz Chatta, Deputy Directors Town Planning Raheel Zafar, Faran Siddiqui, Deputy Director IT Abdullah Noor and other relevant officers were also present in the training session. On this occasion, representatives of developers of housing schemes, Waheed Ahmed, Syed Raza Hussain Bukhari, Mubasher Ali Khan, Muhammad Kashif, Muhammad Akram, Shahid Akram and others were present. The Punjab Land Record Authority team of experts included Director Admin Zaryab Sajid, Additional Director Muhammad Bilal, Assistant Director Uzair Shehzad, Business Analyst Muhammad Yasir, Senior Software Engineer Muzamil Safdar, Software Engineer Abrar Ali and others. Director General FDA Mohammad Asif Chaudhry while welcoming the team of experts of Punjab Land Revenue Authority welcomed the initiative to bring uniformity at the provincial level by bringing the issues of approval of housing schemes into the digital system. ”Housing Society Management System” It is of great importance and utility, which will eliminate the possibility of illegal housing schemes and some irregularities in this regard, cheating the public, forgery and fraud and ensure the full implementation of legal and departmental requirements in the approval of the housing scheme. He asked the developers to get full understanding of the housing society management system and take advantage of the digital system for housing scheme approval issues as the Punjab government will be aware of any delay or any kind of hindrance in the process of issuing NOC from various departments and the concerned departments will be held accountable. Director Admin Punjab Land Record Authority Zaryab Sajid said that with the implementation of housing society management system, for the approval of new housing scheme, instead of a development authority or other regulatory department, one has to apply directly in the online housing society management system for which the land ownership/person, layout plan and other necessary documents have to be attached. Individual developers, partner developers, companies and cooperative societies will be eligible to apply in this system. During the multimedia briefing, the experts explained the complete procedures for applying in the housing society management system for the approval of the housing scheme, the on-apply procedures, required documents, other requirements, fees. / Informed the details of the dues and answered some questions from the developers, said that the system was developed with the support of the World Bank with the aim of bringing the land issues fully under the legal framework.
