A notification has been issued to suspend the sentence in Nawaz Sharif's Al-Azizia reference

Lahore (94 news) A notification has been issued to suspend the sentence of former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in the Al-Azizia reference.

According to the details, the caretaker cabinet of Punjab has issued a formal written order to suspend the sentence of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif in the Al-Azizia reference.

According to the notification, Nawaz Sharif had applied to the Interior Department of Punjab to suspend the sentence. The caretaker chief minister formed a committee consisting of the caretaker ministers to review the application.

تحریری حکم میں کہا گیاہے کہ معالج کے مطابق نوازشریف کی طبیعت ابھی مکمل طور پر ٹھیک نہیں ہے اور وہ جیل نہیں کاٹ سکتے، اسی معاملے پر صوبائی وزرا، بیوروکریٹس ، ایڈووکیٹ جنرل پنجاب اور دیگر پر مشتمل کمیٹی نے سفارشات تیار کیں، کمیٹی نے ماضی کی مثالوں اور اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کے فیصلے کی روشنی میں نوازشریف کی سزا معطل کرنے کی سفارش کی،تحریری حکم میں کہا گیا ہے کہ نگران وزیراعلیٰ محسن نقوی نے کمیٹی ک سفارشات کو منظور کرنے کا حکم جاری کیا ۔
