Application filed in Peshawar High Court for disqualification of Imran Khan

Peshawar (94 news) جمعیت علمائے اسلام نے تحریک انصاف کے چیئرمین عمران خان کی نااہلی کیلئے پشاور ہائیکورٹ میں درخواست دائر کردی۔

According to the details, JUI has filed a writ against Chairman PTI Imran Khan in Peshawar High Court, the Election Commission has also been made a party in the petition.

In the petition, it is requested to declare Imran Khan ineligible for official and public office. In the petition, it is stated that for political purposes, Imran Khan has made a false statement of the cipher, Imran Khan's false statement has damaged the prestige of the army, Imran Khan is not righteous and amin.

It is further stated in the petition that Imran Khan got married during Eid, it is requested that Imran Khan be disqualified.
