In his statement, the president said that Iran has not attacked its friendly neighboring countries, but the American military bases and installations in the region. He said that aggression was carried out against Iran from these installations and military bases, therefore we consider these installations and military bases as our legitimate targets.
The Iranian president added that we are standing to the last breath for the defense and resistance of our country, we want friendly relations with the regional states, this wish does not negate Iran's right to defend itself against the United States.
Earlier, in a televised address, the Iranian president apologized to the neighboring countries that were targeted in the Iranian attacks.
On the other hand, the Revolutionary Guards say that no aggression has been done against the neighboring countries, but if the attacks on Iran continue, all American air bases and American interests will be targeted by Iran.
