Justice Qazi Faiz Issa's lawyers object to Forough Naseem's appearance in court
Islam Abad (94 news) Justice Qazi Faiz Isa's lawyers objected to the appearance of former Law Minister Farogh Naseem as counsel in the constitutional petition in the Supreme Court on the issue of presidential reference.
The constitutional petition against the presidential reference of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will be heard today.
The petition states that under Article 100, the Attorney General's Office represents the Federation, in the Attorney General's Office. 145 Lawyers are there, is not such a large staff capable and is there only to collect salary. On the other hand, former Law Minister Barrister Farogh Naseem said that I have no enmity with Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, I respect all the judges of the judiciary including him, I did not have any enmity with him before, nor do I have any enmity with him.
It should be noted that Farogh Naseem resigned from the post of Law Minister to represent the Federation in the Justice Qazi Faiz Isa case in the Supreme Court. Earlier, he also resigned from his post to appear in the Supreme Court on behalf of General Qamar Javed Bajwa in the case related to the extension of the army chief's tenure.
