Tehreek-e-Insaf has appointed Imran Khan as party chairman for life.

Lahore (94 news) The core committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has appointed Imran Khan as the lifetime chairman of the party.

The meeting of the core committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf was chaired by Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi in which the important leaders of the party participated. On this occasion, after the approval of the unanimous resolution of the core committee, the post of chairman was allotted to the founding chairman for life Imran Khan.

The Core Committee also decided to celebrate the Independence Day in a grand manner in light of the instructions sent by the Chairman from the jail. According to the announcement, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will organize special events on the occasion of Independence Day in Pakistan and around the world.

Apart from this, with the approval of Imran Khan, Tehreek-e-Insaaf also decided to challenge the decisions of the Council of Common Interests before the Supreme Court, while declaring strong legal and political resistance to every attempt to postpone the elections.
