Major (T) Azam Sulaiman Khan appointed Chief Secretary Punjab

Lahore (94 news) The federal government has changed Chief Secretary Punjab Yousuf Naseem Khokhar to Federal Secretary Interior Major (T) Appointed Azam Sulaiman Khan as Chief Secretary of Punjab.

According to the notification, Chief Secretary Punjab Yousuf Naseem Khokhar has been replaced and ordered to report to the Establishment Division, while the grade 22 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, Federal Secretary Interior Major. (T) Azam Sulaiman has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary Punjab who is likely to take charge of his post on Wednesday. Major (T) Azam Sulaiman Khan has served as Secretary C&W, Secretary Irrigation, Secretary Food, Secretary Interior, Commissioner Lahore Division and Additional Chief Secretary Home in Punjab while he was appointed Chief Secretary Sindh during the caretaker government.

The current government has(T) Azam Sulaiman was appointed Federal Interior Secretary and now he has been appointed to the highest administrative post of Punjab. According to sources, after the change of Chief Secretary Punjab, 11 Secretaries, 17 Deputy Commissioners and other officers are also likely to be appointed and transferred in Punjab.
